The innuPREP FFPE total RNA Kit allows the extraction of total RNA with an excellent recovery of microRNA’s from FFPE (formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded) tissue samples. The kit is suitable for starting amounts of up to 50 mg. Based on a new kind of chemistry the kit enables the isolation of RNA from FFPE samples without deparaffinization step and thereby excludes the use of toxic and hazardous components like octane or xylene.
